Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:15 PM

Location: In-person at our Sandy Springs campus

About CMCH
CMCH is a warm, community-centered Jewish Montessori preschool serving children 18 months through Kindergarten. Who We’re Looking For
A kind, dependable, professional, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support one of our toddler classrooms (ages 2 - 3 years old). We’re looking for someone who loves working with young children, communicates well with others, and is excited to be part of a supportive team long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Support the lead teacher with daily routines and classroom activities
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
Greet children warmly each day and promote a positive, loving environment
Attend staff meetings and participate in teacher workdays
Follow Bright From the Start and Quality Rated guidelines
Requirements
Must be 18+
Prior experience in early childhood education (3+ years preferred)
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain—covered by us)
Able to pass a GA DECAL background check
Willingness to complete annual training hours (provided)
Bonus Points For
Experience in a Bright From the Start or Quality Rated program as a Teaching Assistant
Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
